artcity is a five-year arts programme in Stoke-on-Trent that aims to make the city a more interesting place to live and work. The programme is built on a consortium of local arts organisations (Airspace Gallery, B Arts, Cultural Sisters, Letting in the Light, PICL and Restoke) banding together to hold events in spaces that are otherwise left un-occupied and unloved.
